The Jewels At Peter Phillip’s Wedding – From Van Cleef To A Historic Coronatopn Tiara!

A tiara from 1902,  a bracelet from 1988, a hat from 1981. This royal wedding was pure emotion. Tonight, we are covering what has genuinely been the most talked about royal event of the year, and honestly one that completely took us by surprise in the best possible way. Peter Phillips, Queen Elizabeth’s eldest grandchild, just married his love Harriet Sperling in the most breathtaking, intimate ceremony in the Cotswolds.

And the fashion, the jewelry, the sentiment behind every single look. We could not wait to sit down and break every moment down with you. From a tiara that was present at two royal coronations to a bracelet that once belonged to Princess Diana to a hat that hasn’t been worn in 45  years. This wedding was so much more than just a pretty occasion.

Every detail told a story. Every piece meant something. And that is exactly the kind of royal coverage we live for on this channel.    The bride, Harriet Sperling. Okay, so this was the royal wedding we didn’t know we needed.    And honestly, it delivered. Peter Phillips, 48, Queen Elizabeth’s eldest grandchild and Princess Anne’s son, just married pediatric nurse Harriet Sperling at All Saints Church in the Cotswolds.

And the jewelry moment alone was everything. Let’s talk about that tiara because wow. Harriet wore the legendary Pragnell tiara. Loaned by Pragnell, the same jeweler behind her engagement ring. And this piece has  history. We’re talking a rare Edwardian deco fusion dripping in diamond laurel leaves and articulated floral  details.

It was literally present at two coronations, King George VI and Queen Elizabeth II.  And fun fact, it’s uncannily similar to Princess Anne’s own tiara from her 50th birthday portrait. Chills. She finished the look with dreamy diamond and pearl earrings, also Pragnell. Coordinated perfection. Now, the engagement ring.

This is where it gets genuinely  sentimental. Peter chose Pragnell specifically because they’d previously acquired Philip Antrobus, the original maker of Queen Elizabeth’s own engagement ring. His three-carat round brilliant-cut diamond flanked by 10 pave stones. A quiet, beautiful nod to his late grandmother. I’m not crying, you’re crying.

For the dress, Harriet wore a custom Emilia Wickstead. Sheer lace sleeves, high neckline, embroidered veil, and a myrtle sprig bouquet, keeping that centuries-old royal tradition alive. Just pure, meaningful, stunning elegance. And honestly, this might be the most romantic royal wedding in years. Princess of Wales, Catherine.

Okay, but can we please talk about the Princess of Wales because she absolutely showed up. And in the most heartfelt way possible. The princess arrived in a stunning blush Roland Mouret dress. And honestly, effortlessly chic doesn’t even cover it. But here’s where it gets really good. Because this look wasn’t just stylish,  it was deeply sentimental.

And the details will genuinely move you. Starting with the jewelry. She wore morganite double drop earrings paired with a gray white topaz and diamond pendant on an 18-carat white gold chain. Also, Kiki McDonough. But keen-eyed royal fans, this is your moment. Because then came the bracelet. That three-strand pearl bracelet that was Diana’s.

Designed by Nigel Milne back in 1988, this pearl and diamond piece was an absolute favorite  of Princess Diana’s. And we’ve spotted it on Kate’s wrist several times over the years. Every time she wears it, it feels like a quiet, beautiful tribute. And at a family wedding like this, it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. And then, the ring.

The iconic sapphire engagement ring, once Diana’s, back on Princess Catherine’s finger. She does occasionally set it aside for health reasons, but for Peter and Harriet’s big day, she chose to carry Diana’s memory right there with her. Queen Camilla. Queen Camilla, on the other hand, walks in wearing the most gorgeous monochrome pale yellow ensemble by Anna Valentine, topped with a wide-brimmed bright yellow hat.

She literally brought the sunshine with her. She pinned on not one, but two Van Cleef & Arpels Cosmos flower brooches. One in 18-karat white gold with 3.25 carats of round diamonds, and the other in 18-karat yellow gold. Paired together against that pale yellow outfit, stunning. These gorgeous pieces appear to be from her personal collection, and we completely understand why she keeps reaching for them.

They are breathtaking. And then, her absolute favorite, the Van Cleef & Arpels vintage Alhambra five-motif bracelet 18-karat yellow gold, featuring five iconic four-leaf clover silhouettes crafted in blue agate,    each outlined with those signature delicate golden beads. The four-leaf clover symbolizes luck,    health, fortune, and love.

And at a wedding, could there be a more perfect piece? Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones. Okay, we need to talk about this appearance because honestly, it’s been long overdue and we are so glad she showed up because Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones did not come to play. Now, if you’ve been following the royals, you’ll know Margarita does make select appearances.

Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in 2022, King Charles and Queen Camilla’s coronation in 2023, the Sandringham Christmas Day service just last December. So, when she appears, people notice, and this time she gave us something to truly talk about. She arrived in a striking purple and blue ensemble topped with the most dramatic show-stopping headpiece in the room, and we are completely obsessed.

The golden crown is an absolutely gorgeous bespoke  piece, hand-crafted from individually hand-cut golden leather pieces carefully bound together into this magnificent burst of rich, elegant leaves. It sits on a simple wire headband, which makes it surprisingly effortless to wear. And here’s what makes this so perfectly Margarita.

This piece is as unconventional as it is beautiful. Clearly cut  from the same cloth as her legendary grandmother, Princess Margaret, who never met a fashion rule, Lady Margarita even said it herself, “I like nothing too factory-made or straight. I like a little character.” And honestly, this crown is pure character, pure individuality, pure flair.

Zara Tindall. And saving two of our absolute favorites for last, because this mother-daughter duo delivered separately and we have so many feelings. First, Princess Anne. Because can we talk about this level of sentimental fashion? She stepped out in the most cheerful buttery yellow ensemble, and the whole look was just radiant.

But the detail  that completely melted everyone’s hearts, that silky yellow hat with the sweet bow detail wasn’t just pulled from her archives. It was the exact hat she wore to her daughter Zara’s christening back in 1981. 45 years later, at her son Peter’s wedding, she brought it back  out.

A 45-year fashion recycle with the most beautiful family story attached to it. Princess Anne continues to prove that true style is always deeply personal. And then Zara Tindall, the groom’s sister, oh, she was gorgeous. She gave us the most beautiful something blue moment in a vibrant lavender Rebecca Vallance midi dress with the dreamiest puffed sleeves paired with a perfectly matching headband in the same shade.

Already stunning. But then she added metallic silver pumps for that unexpected pop and honestly the jewelry though. Her silver marguerite earrings by Hector Lion were an absolute favorite of the whole day. Rhodium plated daisy shaped posts suspending the most stunning mother of pearl mosaic orbs.

Delicate, luminous and just effortlessly beautiful. And that is everything  from us tonight and what a royal evening it has been. We have covered so much ground. The bride, the princess, the queen,  the unexpected fashion rebel and the most sentimental mother-daughter moment in recent royal memory.    Honestly, this wedding just kept on giving.
